Managing Catalogs

Catalogs allow you to create sub-sections in your platform and define specific read and write permissions for users.

Your subscription includes one default catalog by default. When the Federated Catalog option is activated, you can create additional catalogs. Please contact the Customer Success team if you are interested in this option.

Creating a Catalog

To create a catalog, click the Create a catalog button on the top right of the screen.

You can then specify a name and a code for your catalog.

Editing or Deleting a Catalog

You can edit a catalog name, including the default catalog name. Note that you cannot modify a catalog code.

You cannot delete the default catalog. Otherwise, you can delete any catalog if there are no Items left in this catalog.
