Submitting a Suggestion

In the Explorer, from the details page of an Item or from its overview panel, you can submit a suggestion to improve or enrich the documentation of this Item in Zeenea, or to report an error or a quality issue concerning this documentation.

To submit a suggestion, click on the Submit a suggestion button at the top right of each details page, or in the Suggestions tab of an overview panel.

Your suggestion must be between 20 and 1,000 characters long.

Once registered, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to reconnect directly to the Item's details page. Your suggestions on a given Item are also listed on its details page and in the Suggestions tab of its overview panel.

If you make a mistake, you can delete your suggestion. Please note that other Explorer users cannot view your suggestions.

Processing of your Suggestion

When you submit a suggestion, it is registered as "Pending" and submitted for validation by the Curator(s) of the Item in question. If individuals are nominally designated as Curators, they will also receive an email notification.

Once your suggestion has been reviewed, you will receive an automatic email notification indicating whether your suggestion has been accepted or declined. The Curator may also send you a comment to contextualize its decision.
